I am 107 lbs down and still losing!

This is after a year and a half of exercising and eating a moderately clean diet. I don’t eat fast food and haven’t in over a year and a half, I don’t drink soda. I do still occasionally eat at restaurants or have take out. I love to exercise, I’m currently doing 30 Day Shred, I also love to run, Zumba and other exercise dvds. I’m still actively trying to lose the baby weight, I gained over 100 lbs during my high risk pregnancy with Eclampsia and Oligo. I was on bed rest for the majority of my pregnancy and afterwards I thought I would be able to get rid of it with breastfeeding and eating healthier. After not seeing much progress I had to be honest with myself and change my lazy lifestyle and completely cut out fast food.
I’m currently on my longest plateau I’ve had since starting my journey but I haven’t lost motivation, I still have goals I aim to reach and I love to help people who are just starting out or may be in my old shoes. It’s not easy but you can do it! Looking back I remember sitting on my couch crying because I didn’t recognize the person I let myself become , I was so overweight and unhealthy. I felt it would be impossible to lose the weight and now… I don’t recognize the person in the left photo. I will never be that person again. I am stronger and more determined than I ever thought I could be. I love myself so much more now than I did two years ago.
i love to see posts from moms. a lot of weightloss sites seems to leave out the details of what moms have to go through to lose weight.

36th workout of 2013. we went to the Rose Bowl and walked the outside track thingy. my Bestie rode her bike and i walked. i shot for 4.5 miles, but went a little over. i smell and im a little sore.

My final before & after! It took me 5 months to lose 56 pounds, I’m 5’8.5” for reference! it was a hard journey but I’m so proud I did it! Through exercise & clean eating I made a lifestyle change that I plan on maintaining through even harder exercising to tone up. I posted this before and after today instead of once I hit my final 140 because I’m done losing weight, I just want to tone up and watch my body get harder not thinner. Follow for fitness :)

I’m 5’6”, starting weight somewhere in the 240s, current weight 132. Running my first half marathon on May 5th! Portion control, kickboxing, running, lifting, and fun gym classes!
